By placing an order with Bellboy, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you have any questions, reach out and we’ll sort it.
01 — Our Products
Each Bellboy piece is described and photographed as accurately as possible. Because our jewelry may include handcrafted or small-batch details, minor variations in finish, texture, tone, and shape may occur. These details are a natural part of the process and part of what makes each piece its own.
We reserve the right to discontinue any style, update product details, adjust pricing, and limit quantities at any time.
02 — Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
We accept:
— Major credit and debit cards
— PayPal
— Apple Pay
— Any additional payment methods shown at checkout
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and reflect the price shown at the time of purchase.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order if there is an issue with inventory, payment, pricing, availability, or suspected fraud.
03 — Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bellboydesigns.com.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.
04 — Returns & Exchanges
If something isn’t right, we want to make it right. Returns are accepted under the following conditions.
The 14-Day Window
Returns must be initiated through our ReturnGO returns portal within 14 days of your confirmed delivery date.
Items must be shipped back within the timeframe provided through the returns portal. Returns sent outside of the approved return window may not be eligible for a refund.
Condition
Returned items must be:

Unworn and undamaged

In original packaging

Free of perfume, oils, lotions, chemicals, or any signs of use

Returned with any original tags, cards, or protective packaging intact
What Can’t Come Back
The following items are not eligible for return:

Final sale items

Clearance items
-
Gift cards

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or improper care

Items returned outside of the approved return window without prior approval
Returns requested after the 14-day return window may be eligible for store credit at Bellboy’s discretion.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, visit our returns portal: [insert ReturnGO returns portal link]
Have your order number ready and follow the steps in the portal to submit your request.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. If a prepaid return label is provided through the returns portal, the cost of the label may be deducted from the final refund.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Bellboy is not responsible for packages lost in transit back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, and all requirements are met, we’ll begin processing your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered through our ReturnGO returns portal depending on product availability.
If the item you want is unavailable, you may be offered a refund or store credit depending on eligibility.
05 — Shipping & Delivery
Bellboy currently ships within the United States only. We’re working on expanding soon.
Orders are processed within 3–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed. Bellboy is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, holidays, high shipping volume, or anything outside of our control.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Bellboy is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Bellboy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
06 — Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at info@bellboydesigns.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
If the issue qualifies, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Normal wear, tarnishing, plating wear, or damage caused by water, perfume, oils, lotions, chemicals, improper storage, or misuse is not considered a defect.
07 — Jewelry Care
Bellboy jewelry is designed to be worn and enjoyed, but all jewelry should be cared for properly to preserve its finish.
To help your piece last, avoid exposure to water, perfume, oils, lotions, harsh chemicals, and prolonged moisture. Store your jewelry separately when not in use.
Sterling silver may naturally tarnish over time, but can usually be polished and restored with a soft polishing cloth. Silver-plated and 18k gold-plated pieces require gentle care to help preserve their finish.
Bellboy’s gold pieces are made with brass and finished with 18k gold plating. To help maintain the plating, avoid water, perfume, lotions, oils, harsh chemicals, and friction when possible.
08 — Intellectual Property
Everything you see from Bellboy, including our name, designs, photography, copy, graphics, and branding, belongs to Bellboy and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
None of it may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.
09 — Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bellboy’s liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Bellboy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
10 — Privacy
How we collect, use, and protect your information is covered in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the practices outlined in our Privacy Policy.
11 — Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Garfield County, Colorado.
12 — Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted.
Continuing to shop with Bellboy means you accept the most current version of these Terms.
