Shipping Policy

Shipping Information

At Bellboy, each order is packed with care and sent from our studio.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Locations

Bellboy currently ships within the United States only.


International shipping is not available at this time, but we hope to offer it in the future.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.


Bellboy offers free shipping on orders over $100.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees.


Carrier delays may occur due to weather, holidays, high shipping volume, or other issues outside of our control.

Returns 

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of your confirmed delivery date through our ReturnGO returns portal.

Have your order number ready and follow the steps in the portal to submit your request.

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. If a prepaid return label is provided, the cost of the label may be deducted from the final refund.
 

Returns requested after the 14-day return window may be eligible for store credit at Bellboy’s discretion.
 

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Bellboy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.


If your order says delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with neighbors, your building/mailroom, and the carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
 

Bellboy is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, email us as soon as possible at info@bellboydesigns.com. We’ll do our best to help before the order ships.
